To integrate WhatsApp chat into Dialogview, follow the steps mentioned below:
- Go to Integration Window, by clicking on the Integration icon in the sidebar menu.
2. Click on the Social Media tab.
3. Click Integrate under the WhatsApp section, select your Nationality, enter your phone number, and click Add.
If the user wants to add more accounts, follow the above steps again.
If not needed, the admin can delete the Facebook account by clicking the Delete Icon.
Note: When the WhatsApp account is added, the field Integrate will be changed to View.
