Customers have the opportunity to opt-in for SMS communications through a variety of methods:

Website Opt-In:

  • While interacting with our online contact form at  www.dialogview.com/contact, customers can provide their mobile number and check the box to indicate consent for receiving follow-up communications via SMS regarding their inquiry.
  • Post submission of the form, an acknowledgment receipt is sent to the provided mobile number via SMS.

SMS Opt-In:

  • Customers can initiate the opt-in process by sending a text to our designated number listed on www.dialogview.com. A welcome message will be sent in return, indicating that they will now receive updates via SMS.

Contractual Opt-In:

  • Opt-In through a contract is a unique process where the customers can choose SMS as a mode of communication while entering a contractual agreement with us.
  • Upon providing their mobile number, we conduct a verification process to ensure the correctness of the number provided. This is done by sending a verification message to the number provided.
  • Once the number is verified correct, a welcome message is sent via SMS, which reads: “Welcome to Dialogview Inc. services. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg freq varies. Text HELP for help, STOP to cancel.” This message also provides the brand name and a phone number for customers to call and request further services or assistance.

Double Opt-In Verification (Applicable for Website and SMS Opt-In):

  • To ensure the correctness and ownership of the mobile number provided via website or SMS, a double opt-in process is implemented.
  • A confirmation message is sent via SMS post the initial opt-in, prompting the customer to reply with ‘YES’ to confirm their intent to receive SMS communications from us.
  • The verification is completed once the customer replies ‘YES’ to the confirmation SMS.

Opt-Out Rights:

  • Customers can opt-out of SMS communications at any time by following the instructions provided in our SMS messages or by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of email newsletters or alerts received from us.

All opt-ins, verifications, and communications are duly documented with timestamps and confirmation messages to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to provide a transparent record of consent. Our Customer Service team will follow up on inquiries via SMS, providing the necessary assistance as requested by the customer.

Authenticity Responsibility

Dialogivew, Inc will not be responsible for the authenticity of the information you provide and it is your duty to ensure the information you provide is authentic.

Your Personally Identifiable Information is stored in our databases on servers of cloud-based data management services with which Dialogview engages.

Dialogview Inc. will keep your PII to pursue business purposes and it will be kept in line with our data retention policies.

Any PII that is received from prospective clients / customers will be retained for the entire duration of the prospective clients’ / customers’ business relationship with Dialogview Inc.

Protection of Minor’s Information

The Dialogview website is not aimed or directed to children under sixteen (16) years of age. Dialogview Inc. does not knowingly solicit Personally Identifiable Information or market its services to anyone under the age of sixteen (16). If you have reason to believe that we have received information from a minor, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make all reasonable efforts to remove that information from our database.

The Dialogview website may have links to other websites, including social media platforms and third-party sites, whose data collection and information gathering practices are different from ours.
